These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions completed through the websites operated by FinTools Hub. A "client" refers to any individual or entity that places an order through our secure payment platform.

Purchases from FinTools Hub are available to customers aged 16 and over for digital products and 18 and over for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded, and access to the purchased product will be revoked.

By placing an order on a website operated by FinTools Hub, you agree to these general conditions of sale in full.

All prices are listed in pound sterling. As a sole trader, Income Flow Tracker is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not applicable to purchases. Prices may be adjusted at any time, but the amount charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Responsibility for the security of payment transactions lies with Stripe and not FinTools Hub.

Since this is a digital product, delivery is made electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct, as FinTools Hub is not liable for undelivered products due to incorrect details.
